us for a quick reply. Q. Do you book tours? A. We provide a booking facility to most of the major tourist attractions. Many of the tours will pick up at Sundeck Gardens doorstep. Q. Do you have cable TV? A. Free Cable TV is provided to each unit. 8 of the most popular channels are available. Q. Do you take Credit Cards? A. Credit Card facility is available for Bank Card, Visa, Master Card. We do not have facilities for AMEX or Diners Club. Q. Are you close to the patrolled beach? A. We are 300metres south of the Maroochydore Surf Club where full patrolling is provided. Q. Is amenities shopping near by? A. Maroochydore has a major shopping plaza while close by Cotton Tree has a food store, butcher, post office, news agency, hardware, bottle shop etc. Q. Are there local restaurants in walking distance? A. There is a range of restaurants offering indian, Thai, Mexican, Fish & Chips, Steak Houses with McDonalds and Sizzlers nearby. Q. Do you provide linen? A. All units are provided with bed linen & towels. Clean linen is provided after each 7 days. Q. Is there a pick up service from the Brisbane Airport? A. An Airlink is available to and from the Airport at Sundeck Gardens door step. Q. Can we book hire cars? A. Hire-car business are located within walking distance of Sundeck Gardens. Q. Do require a deposit? A. A deposit is required within 14 days of making a booking for us to hold the unit. Q. Do you provide a deposit refund? A. We refund as per QRAMA’s cancellation policy. Q. Do you provide extra beds? A. The 2 bedroom units accommodate 4 adults however an extra rollaway bed or mattress for a additional person can be hired. Cots and/or High Chair can be hired. Q. Do you hire video players? A. VCR, DVD and Video players can be hired. |
