It has world class shopping complexes, magnificent beaches and waterside accommodation. Maroochydore is the business centre of the Sunshine Coast.
The Sunshine Coast offers quiet unspoiled, patrolled beaches stretching hundreds of kilometres. It stretches through vibrant townships of Caloundra, Kawana, Moololaba, Maroochydore, Coolum Beach, Noosa and Rainbow Beach. It also takes in the scenic hinterland areas of the Glass House Mountains, Maleny and Montville on the Blackall Range, Noosa Hinterland and the Mary Valley. Perfect for sunset strolls or early morning walks. The Sunshine Coast is perfect for a riverside picnic, lazing on the beach or strolling around the specialty shops and boutiques.
The hinterland ranges provide an abundance of lush rainforests, spectacular views, wineries, art and crafts. The hinterland townships come alive every weekend. The world famous Eumundi markets hosts over 200 stall holders selling everything from leather hats to hand blown glassware.
